Ulysses 31 (1981)

Ulysses 31 is an obscured anime great that was aired in the Philippines for a very short period during the mid '80s. This was originally a Japanese-French anime series which was a futuristic 31st century take on the Greek and Roman mythology of Odysseus (known as "Ulysses" in Roman Mythology and "Ulysse" in French, hence the name). There were 26 half-hour episodes made and was produced by DIC Entertainment. Young audiences in the Philippines were not able to watch the entire series as it was cancelled quite early, and true fans had to hunt for compiled episodes on Beta.
